Pete Hitchcock: Pastor Pete is married to Jenny and they have three children: Joshua (7), Jasmine (4) and Oliver (1). He joined the leadership team as pastor of Binscombe Church in September 2006. He enjoys camping, cycling and most sports. In his free time he enjoys relaxing with his family. Jenny spends the majority of her time looking after the children although she also works part time as a District Nursing Sister.
			Doug Hammond: Elder Doug has been a Christian since 1985 and moved to Binscombe Church from a similar Church in Horsley. Doug has been an Elder since 2004 and has been involved in many areas of the church’s life. He married Julia in 1999 and they live in Milford. Doug is the Commercial Manager of Goddards Nursery near Farnham. Julia works for the Surrey Primary Care Trust. Their free time is often spent looking after the garden or the allotment.
			Simon Shimmin: Elder Simon was appointed to the eldership in September 2008, having recently retired from a senior executive position in a multi national company. He currently holds the position of Chair of Governors at Loseley Fields Primary School.
